Referred to as a cast iron ball valve but in practice it is a ductile iron ball valve,it provides a robust solution for a flanged ball valve application, typically conveying heavy fuel oils, gas and various grades of water, and with an electric actuator fitted, they create an economic automatic isolating flanged ball valve.
All Valves offer a flanged 2 way cast iron electric ball valve range that is designed for automation with an integrally cast ISO:5211 actuator mounting pad, has either a brass ball and stem or a stainless steel ball and stem, and can be flanged according to PN16 or ANSI 150. For gas applications an EN331 gas approved electric ball valve with a brass ball and stem is offered.
