Electric Ball Valve | Genebre 2025N | 3 Piece NPT Ball Valve with J4CS Electric Actuator Fail Safe
Electric ball valve with a 3 piece screwed NPT stainless steel ball valve and a fail safe J+J electric actuator built in the Valve Actuation Centre by the actuation specialists at All Valves Online, every actuated valve is tested prior to shipping.
All Valves Online offer a full bore stainless steel ball valve range with NPT ends fitted with the J4CS electric actuator. The AVOL 3 piece NPT ball valve has an ISO mount pad for direct mounting the electric actuator, RPTFE seats and a Viton stem seal which covers many applications.
This version has female NPT end connections and is fitted with an on-off J4C-S electric actuator, fitted with a BSR battery back-up kit to created a fail safe electric actuator. The kit consists of an internal industrial rechargeable battery and a trickle charger.
Whenever external power is connected the trickle charger maintains the internal battery at full charge, the actuator then uses battery power to drive the fail safe actuator to it's pre-set 'safe' position if external power is lost. The 'safe' position can be set to fail closed, or fail open.
Allvalves offer the 3 piece stainless steel ball valve fitted with the current production J+J electric actuator, the J4CS actuator, which offers brushless motor technology and has a single universal multi-voltage range of 24V to 240V AC or DC, which it automatically detects.
