AVOL's Genebre 2528A full bore stainless steel ball valve when fitted with the AVP pneumatic actuator produces a very reliable yet cost effective air actuated stainless steel ball valve. Designed for actuation with an integral ISO5211 pad allowing the AVP actuator to direct mount to the valve, the resulting actuated valve assembly is compact.
The AVOL 2528A is a 2 piece split body bolted construction, anti-static, fire-safe design ball valve. This version has ANSI B16.5 Class 150 flanged end connections.
All air actuated valves shipped by All Valves Online are built in-house and 100% tested prior to shipping.
AVP pneumatic actuators are sized with 6 bar air available at the actuator, if 6 bar air is not available please contact All Valves Online to check sizing.

- Fire-safe design (according to API607).

- Inspection & Testing: API598, API 6D.
- Max. working pressure 19 bar (275 psi).
- Working Temperature –30 ºC +180 ºC.
Either air open air close (double acting) or air open spring close (single acting) AVP pneumatic actuators can be fitted the the stainless steel ball valves, and a complete range of actuator position monitoring, feedback and control devices are available. These include limit switch boxes, NAMUR pilot solenoid valves, valve positioners, air volume boosters and more, both for safe and hazardous area applications.
