Sun Yeh have spent the last 18 months developing their new range of electric actuators with ATEX approval for use in Zone 1-2 hazardous area, with certification for ATEX EXD rating. The world famous OM Series, quarter turn range of electric actuators from OM1 35Nm to OM8 1500Nm are covered initially with the larger torque outputs to follow soon. In addition to these OM models, as shown by the Allvalves team at Valve World 2016, the S series spring return actuators are also now available with ATEX approval.
