Following completion of recent projects for Oil and Gas customers, All Valves have now partnered with a UK test house to offer the valve testing service to our customers. The project supplied was to have around 50+ valves tested to the high standards of DNV testing. This included fully pressurised 30 minute testing of 4" to 10" gate valves. All via calibrated test equipment with full test certification being provided. This was all done with a witness inspector from DNV.
We can also supply full certification for your valves including 3.1 material certificates, valve tagging and full project documentation. We are able to provide references from our previous projects and customers and customer testimonials.
So, if you require any valve testing, please contact our sales team. Note that our partner for the testing is in the UK and has very good turnaround available, they can also offer valve repair services.
Below are images taken from a recent project where in total over 150+ valves were supplied, only 4" and above required testing. The order included carbon steel butterfly valves, gate and globe valves and ball valves.
