Available from stock is the AVOL air actuated ball valve with a full bore brass ball valve which includes a version for water and general service applications, and another carrying UK WRAS approval for drinking water use. Each brass ball valve is designed for actuation with an integral ISO 5211 actuator mounting pad enabling the direct mounting of the AVP pneumatic actuators.
An AVOL 3 way brass air actuated ball valve for water and general service applications is available with L port or T port balls to offer options for either diverting or mixing flows. A 3 way brass ball valve changes the direction of flow in pipes whereas a 2 way brass ball isolates the flow.
Double acting AVP actuators operate with air to open and air to close, single acting or spring return AVP actuators are typically air to open, spring to close, thereby offering a mechanical fail-safe function should air pressure be lost. AVP Fail Safe Spring return actuators can be configured air to close, spring to open on request.
AVP pneumatic actuators are sized with 6 bar air pressure available at the AVP actuator, if the air pressure will be less than this please contact All Valves Online to check and confirm actuator sizing.
