Cast Iron Electrically Actuated Butterfly Valve

Electric butterfly valves using a cast iron butterfly valve are most commonly a wafer pattern design where the electrical butterfly valve sandwich mounted between flanges and secured with through-bolts. Most wafer pattern cast iron butterfly valves have 'lugs' or 'ears; that are used to support and align the butterfly valve between the flanges during installation.

These 'lugs' or 'ears' are designed to allow the electric actuated butterfly valve to be mounted between metric/ BS4504, ANSI class 150 and even BST 'D/E' flanges.  

The cast iron electrical butterfly valve ranges are available from stock or on short lead times and can be driven by the stocked AVA electric actuator, the Sun Yeh electric actuator, or the J+J J4CS electric actuator.

Every cast iron electric butterfly valve is built and tested by Allvalves in their UK valve actuation centre.
