Smart Wireless Actuators - The AVA smart series can be supplied, with an RF antenna applications where the actuator is in a hard to reach area, or is in areas where there is power but no means to connect control cables.
AVA smart actuators can be supplied with an antenna for applications where the actuator is in a hard to reach area or is in an area where there is local power but no means to connect control and or feedback cables.
The wireless series allows the user to control the opening and closing of the AVA actuators from up to 3.0Km away. This range is achieved by utilising the modern wireless technologies of either RF OCEAN or LoRa networks, factory-configurable depending on your requirements.
The actuators can be controlled on a one to one connection or one controller can control multiple actuators at once.
Available frequencies include RF433 / 869 / 915Mhz and FSK, LORA and RF OCEAN (single control). Max distance is 3Km.
Coming Soon - A new app that will allow our customers to access the smart menu features, that you can currently access via the OLED screen on the actuator itself, including number of cycles and any errors recorded. The Bluetooth connectivity will also allow the user to make changes to multiple actuators at once.
LoRa is a low-power wide-area network, using a variation of the spread spectrum modulation technology that it is based on. It is at it's core a radio modulation scheme that encodes information using a chirped, multi-symbol format. LoRa communication networks are perfect for IoT applications because of the range and power requirements, if for some reason (technical or legislative) that this system is not suitable the AVA wireless actuators are compatible with several other wireless systems, as listed above.
