This AVOL stainless steel electric ball valve range offers a 3 piece hygienic ball valve with cavity filled PTFE seats and clamp ends, and is supplied fitted with a Basic AVA electric actuator. They provide a rugged and reliable, yet economic solution for automatic flow control - for hygienic media compatible with 316 stainless steel and PTFE. A 3 piece ball valve has a swing-out centre section allowing in-line maintenance of the ball, seats and seals.
The compact yet powerful Basic AVA electric valve actuator offers fully weatherproof IP67 ingress protection, light weight ABS housing, local visual and volt free electric remote end position confirmation, anti-condensation heater and is pre-wired with a 0.8m long (as standard, options available) multi-color multi-core connecting cable, and can be operated manually in an emergency.
This electrically actuated ball valve can have either power open power close (on-off) function, or can be supplied with fail-safe function using an internal capacitor.
