This AVOL stainless steel electric ball valve range offers a 3 piece hygienic ball valve with cavity filled PTFE seats and clamp ends, and is supplied fitted with a Smart AVA electric actuator. They provide a rugged and reliable, yet economic solution for automatic flow control - for hygienic media compatible with 316 stainless steel and PTFE. A 3 piece ball valve has a swing-out centre section allowing in-line maintenance of the ball, seats and seals.
The compact yet powerful Smart AVA electric valve actuator is an electronic actuator that offers as standard:

This electrically actuated ball valve is offered either power open power close (on-off) function, and stays put should external power be lost, or fail safe where energy is stored in an internal capacitor that discharges to set the AVA actuator into a pre-set 'safe' position should power be lost.
