The AV-P pneumatic actuator is a quarter-turn piston rack and pinion actuator design and factory lubricated for its entire life cycle making it suitable as a ball valve actuator and butterfly valve actuator. The AVP valve actuator is fully compliant with the ISO 5211/DIN 3337 standard enabling it to direct mount to similarly compliant ball valves and butterfly valves. Also, full compliance with the Namur and VDI/VDE3845 standards allows quick and easy mounting of limit switch boxes, pilot solenoid valves, positioners and other position feedback, monitoring or control devices.
The AVP actuator is manufactured in Turkey by an ISO9001 certificated company and covers a torque range of 9Nm (80in.lbs) to 3,920Nm (34,660in.lbs) at 6 bar air supply. All popular sizes of the actuators in the range are stocked by All Valves Online in the UK.
Every AVP valve actuator is hydraulically tested, CE marked, carries a PED Declaration and is Exd Zone 1 (ATEX in the EU) hazardous area certified, and is guaranteed for a minimum of 500,000 cycles. Each AVP actuator has a unique serial number for full traceability.
