This AVOL stainless steel electric ball valve range has BSP screwed end connections and is offered with either a 2 piece or 3 piece ball valve fitted with an AVA electric actuator. They provide a rugged and reliable, yet economic solution for automatic flow control - typically of chemicals, solvents, paints, water, oils and other media compatible with 316 stainless steel.
The compact yet powerful AVA electric valve actuator is available as a low cost basic valve actuator where price is the main criteria, or as a smart electric actuator where the AVA actuator offers unrivalled features and option in its class. Features and options include an OLED screen with push button user interface, capacitor fail safe, digital proportional control, bus communications, fast acting, wireless, smart timer and more. All smart AVA electric actuators have local controls included as standard.
2 Piece stainless steel ball valve cannot be maintained with the valve in-situ whereas a 3 piece ball valve has a swing-out centre section allowing in-line maintenance.
