Genebre 2525 - Cast iron ball valve with stainless ball and stem
Full bore cast iron ball valve, 2 piece split body bolted construction, PTFE seats, Viton seal, ends flanged PN16, designed for automation with integrally cast valve actuator mounting platform in accordance with ISO:5211. Supplied hand operated with lever.
Size range DN15 - DN100 are direct mount, DN125 to DN200 require a mounting kit.
- Full port ball valve, 2 pieces.
- Flanged ends according to EN 1092 PN16.
- Made of Ductile Iron EN-GJS-400 (GGG-40)
- Face to Face according to EN 558 series 27.
- Ball seats PTFE + 15 % FG
- Ball and Stem made of AISI 304
- O’ring in the stem FKM (Viton).
- Blow-out proof stem
- Direct Mounting for actuator acc. to ISO 5211
- Block System.
- Max. Working pressure 16 bar
- Working Temperature –30 ºC + 180 ºC.
