The Genebre 2104 air actuated butterfly valve has a split stainless body, stainless steel disc, PTFE encapsulated EPDM liner, and is fitted with an AVP pneumatic actuator in-house by the valve actuation specialists All Valves Online.
This pneumatic butterfly valve package offers a commercially competitive air actuated stainless steel butterfly valve package. The PTFE on EPDM liner allows working temperatures of +110C when the stainless steel butterfly valve operates at its full 10 bar pressure rating.
The combination of the stainless steel and PTFE wetted parts allows this stainless steel pneumatic actuated butterfly valve to be used in a wide variety of applications from foodstuffs to corrosive chemicals, in a huge range of industries.
AVP Air actuators are sized with 6 bar air available at the pneumatic actuator, if a lower air pressure is to be use, contact All Valves Online to check actuator sizing.
