Pneumatic Genebre 3023 Brass Ball Valve with AVP Actuator

Designed for actuation with an integral ISO 5211 actuator mount the industrial quality full bore nickel plated Genebre 3023 brass ball valve creates an economic air actuated ball valve that is ideal for a wide range of general service applications. The AVP pneumatic actuator direct mounts producing a compact air actuated valve assembly.

Typical duties are water (not approved for drinking water use), air and oils.

The AVP actuator offers air open air close (double acting) or air open spring close (single acting) functionality. The spring return version provides a mechanical fail-safe system in that the internal springs compressed by the air under normal operation, close the actuator (and hence the valve) when the air pressure is lost.

• Brass Ball Valve - Full bore.
• Brass according to UNE-EN 12165 chrome plated.
• Threaded ends gas (BSP) female according to ISO 228/1.
• Direct mounting to actuator according to ISO 5211.
• Blow-out proof stem.
• Working temperature from -20°C to 110°C.
• Maximum working pressure 40 bar (PN 40).
• PTFE seats.
