EPDM seals offer resistance to a very wide range of media including water, detergents, caustic potash solutions, sodium hydroxide solutions and a wide range of diluted and chemicals, and has a wide temperature range (-45ºC to +145ºC). Its ability to operate at low temperatures makes it suitable for cooling and refrigeration applications.

EPDM is not resistant to mineral oil products such as lubricants, fuels and oils.
