Air actuated ball valves - PVC valves for food grade fluids, treated, untreated drinking and demineralised water, most acids, alkali and saline, fitted with AVP pneumatic actuators. Assembled and tested by All Valves Online
Air actuated ball valve, FIP VKD brand, uPVC body, EPDM seals, UK imperial solvent sockets, AVP pneumatic actuator.
UPVC is ideal for food grade fluids, treated and untreated water, demineralised water, most acids, alkalis and saline solutions.
Fullbore double union FIP VKD ball valve with blow-out proof ball and stem. Dual Block system used to maintain union nut security even in severe conditions such as vibration and/or heat dilation. Pressure ratings shown are at +20ºC, note that the maximum working pressure reduces as the working temperature rises.
- Patented SEAT STOP® system for micro-adjusting the ball seats to minimise the axial force effect.
- Easy radial dismounting for quick replacement of O-rings and seats without tools
- PN16 True Union valve body made with rigid PVC-U injection moulding. ISO 9393 compliant test requisites.
