On-Off Cast iron electric butterfly valve with a WRAS approved wafer pattern butterfly valve fitted with a J+J J4CS electric actuator, built and tested in-house by All Valves Online.
The most popular electric butterfly valve shipped by All Valves Online has a wafer pattern cast iron butterfly valve fitted with an electric actuator because the resulting electric actuated butterfly valve can be used in such a wide range of applications, including drinking water as the butterfly valve has UK WRAS approval.
The wafer pattern cast iron butterfly valve has a stainless steel disc and EPDM liner and is supplied with a J+J electric actuator fitted. The J4CS electric actuator from J+J offers a wide multi-voltage range of 24V to 240V, a multi-color and multi-function LED status light, all external connections using supplied electrical DIN plugs, and is fully weatherproof with an IP67 housing.
This version of the J+J J4CS actuator is on-off (power open, power close) and stays put on loss of external power. Volt free auxiliary end of travel confirmation switches for both open and closed positions are provided as standard.
All electric butterfly valves supplied by Allvalves are built and bench function tested prior to shipping.
