High-Low Temperature Kits

All Valves are relatively unique in that we offer a full range of actuated valves with high or low temperature extension brackets from stock. We stock blank laser cut and folded ISO 5211 stainless steel brackets from F03 x F03 up to F12 x F12 with blank stainless steel drive adapters to enable us to use our machinist to manufacturer a complete kit within 24 hours. Our machinist will cut the drive adapter to length, ensure that the square drive suits the actuator output drive as required and also insert a slot to fit the valve stem that the actuator is to be fitted to.

We use temperature kits when we need to lift the actuator away from the valve body. Usually the valve can with stand much higher and lower temperatures than the actuator. A kit is used to dissipate the heat or cold temperatures of the process passing through the valve away from the actuator. 

We also would utilise a kit when a valve will not direct mount onto our actuators and vice versa. So we can produce a kit that allows us to fit the actuator to the valve. 

We believe we are one of a very select few if not the only valve actuation company that can do this from stock including machining.
